IThe sample-taking process lasts 5 minutes. Taking a sample does not require any special mechanical skills. It can be done by anyone. All the steps are described in the instructions. If you have any doubts, don't hesitate to ask your garage or a professional who can help you free of charge. |

Advice: As for a blood test, a sample cannot be taken at any time. We advise you to do it after your vehicle has been running normally and reached its usual temperature. Do not keep the engine running when the vehicle at a standstill and remember the oil is hot! |

Carefully complete the information form as clearly as possible by filling in every box with a ballpoint pen -put the form in the envelope - put the bottle in the envelope -
stamp the envelope at the current parcels rate It is very important to fill in the information form correctly and in full The information you give will be used for the analysis, tests and quality control. . Incomplete or incorrect information will affect the accuracy of the Engine Diagnosis |

The tests run on your sample are divided into several steps: :

Within 3 or 4 days we shall send you an email, or letter if necessary, and a full detailed report of your oil analysis. This report gives the details on: -
tuning quality (ignition, carburetion and injection) - air and water circuit sealing - general state of wear in the top and bottom engine -
abnormal amounts of deposits It informs you, if necessary, of any repair work you should plan to have done to your engine. |
